In October 2024, VIASAT3 launched a brand-new talk show, “Őszinte leszek” (“I’ll Be Honest”), hosted by Zsolt Osváth. This show brings a fresh impulse to television, tackling the latest social issues with honesty and openness. The topics cover everything people are currently buzzing about—from artificial intelligence and gender roles to the striking differences between urban and rural lifestyles.
Pixiebug’s Role in Crafting the Show’s Visual Identity
At Pixiebug Animation Studio, we were entrusted by 318 Productions to design the show’s entire visual world—including the opening sequence, logo, and branding. The most exciting challenge? Creating the intro, where we were given complete creative freedom to let our imagination run wild.
Our goal was to craft a modern, youthful style that reflects the show’s fresh and dynamic energy. While we didn’t go for the classic late-night talk show aesthetic, we spiced things up with unexpected twists, a mix of diverse visual elements, and a touch of humor. And for the keen-eyed viewers—yes, we even hid a few Easter eggs referencing the show’s themes and Zsolt Osváth himself. So, keep your eyes peeled—things aren’t always what they seem!
