Viamanta is a digital fleet management platform designed to simplify the organisation of vehicle maintenance and repairs. It keeps service-related documents and information in one place, helps fleet managers find suitable workshops, and provides real-time updates on the status of repairs. This makes it easier to plan maintenance, reduce unnecessary calls and emails, and get vehicles back on the road faster.

To explain how the software works, we created an animated explainer designed to make the platform’s fairly complex processes easy to understand and follow.

The trucks themselves also required a surprising amount of attention to detail. We had to make sure that the number and exact placement of wheels, different vehicle configurations and their connections were all accurate. By the end of the project, we could confidently tell the difference between a truck, trailer and swap body. 🙂

The visual style started with stock graphics, which we extensively adapted and customised to fit Viamanta’s visual language. Based on the VO, we developed the technical script, storyboard and animatic, and created the graphics and full animation.

The film was produced in English, German, Dutch, French and Polish, with subtitles for each language. The main film was also divided into individual USP sections and additional targeted cuts, resulting in a total of 60 different versions delivered.
