We are thrilled and proud to share with you that two of Pixiebug Studio’s animated films have made it into the competition program of the 2023 Kecskemét Animation Film Festival (KAFF)! These two films are separate episodes from the MVM Children’s Corner series, one titled Skiing and Vacation and the other The Big Mission.
What is KAFF, and Why is It Important?
The Kecskemét Animation Film Festival is one of Hungary’s largest and most prestigious animation events, where the best Hungarian and international animated works compete. This year’s event will take place from June 21-25, 2023, and we can’t wait to meet you in Kecskemét!
Why is It Significant That Two of Our Films Made it to the Competition?
Getting an animated film into the KAFF competition program is already a great honor. It means that our films are being noticed by industry experts and are competing against the best animated works.
But KAFF isn’t just about the films; it’s about the experience too. For a few days, the cream of the animation industry gathers in one place to showcase the latest animation trends, get inspired, and build connections. We can’t wait to meet other creators and all the animation fans and enthusiasts who appreciate the art form!
